~ Tropical Party Purse ~

For our monthly weSTAMP meeting this month, we had a Tropical Party!!!
Lorri purchased the tutorials from Becky Roberts for each of us to make one of these really cute purses!

Lorri's home was totally decorated with all kinds of Tropical decor. She had a grass umbrella on top of her kitchen island and grass skirts on all of the tables. We had a beautiful array of snacks which included fruits, delicious salads, key lime pie and of course Lorri made frozen Pina Coladas!

If you are interested in joining our weSTAMP group, you can contact me via email at: Lindam530@cox.net

~ Fabric Flower Brooch Pin ~

Hi!

These pretty flower brooches were made at class on Saturday May 15th at my home. Everyone really enjoyed putting these pins together and they had a choice of either sewing the pieces together or hot glue.

The blue/floral brooch used an old pair of my husband's jeans and a floral patterned fabric from Hobby Lobby.

The pink hued brooch has fabric that closely matches SU Melon Mambo, which I have to say is one of my favorite colors!

All of the flowers were cut out using the Big Shot and my much LOVED SU BIGZ XL Flower Folds die which can be found in the Big Catalog item # 115970 on page 201.

Enjoy!

It was made with SU Bermuda Bay patterned paper and coordinating SU bermuda bay polka dot ribbon. The little pocket is decorated with a vintage brad and flower.

This is another color combination version of the oh so pretty stamp set "Elements of Style". I used Bordering Blue as the card base and Not Quite Navy as the background for the image and a little Bitty Button from the Summer Mini Catalog page 11 item # 118761. The ribbon is non-SU.

~ Princess ~

Hello!

Princess is our newest addition to our family here at the Rodenberg home!
We adopted her from the Arizona Humane Society two weeks ago. She stole our hearts and reminds me of our previous beloved kitty, Boots, who sadly left us five years ago.

Princess is a Siamese mix...approximately 1-2 years old, she is very sweet, talkative, friendly and loves to be petted. We hope to have her as a pet kitty for a long time and when some of you come to visit, you will get to meet her in person.

Enjoy your Day!

~ Fabric Flower Brooch Pin ~

Hi!

This oh so pretty Fabric Flower Brooch Pin was specially made for a dear stamping buddy of mine, Carrie. She is so kind, sweet and generous as she shared some of her fabric finds so that I could make brooches and rag bags. I just need to take the sewing machine out of the closet to make a rag bag...LOL...

Anyway...at our next CLASS at my home on Saturday morning May 15th, we will all be making some similar fabric pins as one of the projects!!!

If you would like to join us please RSVP to me: Lindam530@cox.net

Hope to see you soon!
