Hi Friends!
Having been away on a wonderful vacation for a little over a week, I felt the need to 'check-in" with my stamping buddies.
I enjoy following various blogs via Google Reader and one that I especially enjoy is http://www.enjoythevasunshine.blogspot.com/ hosted by Teresa Kline. Being that she shared her blog award, I would like to thank her for it.
Now I am supposed to share with you three things that I love....I love God and my dear husband Ken and our family and friends and I would also like to share a few other things that I LOVE...
Fresh coffee in the morning...
Sunshine and fields of green...
Nice jewelry, especially earrings...
Children's laughter, especiall my twin grandaughters...Keira and Kaely
Also, I am supposed to show you a favorite picture...this is a recent one of Ken and myself taken on our June vacation to the Telluride, Colorado Wine Festival ~
If you have not received this award, take it and share it with others who have not received it.
Hope that you are happy stampin at some point in your day today!
Love,
~ Linda

Minnie Mouse Birthday Card
Here is a Birthday Card that I created for the girls, everything for them is X 2...so, of course, I made two of them!
Enjoy!

Keira & Kaely's 2nd Birthday!
Being that I am now an experienced Pennant Banner creator, well I just had to make one for my two favorite little girls in the entire world...Keira & Kaely...my twin grandaughters!
The banner papers that I used were retired SU pixie pink, basic black and glossy white cardstock.
Everything for their birthday was themed Minnie & Mickey mouse, do any of you remember The Mickey Mouse Club House? I do...and now I get to re-live my second childhood through the eyes, ears and heart of these adorable little ladies.
Hope that you enjoy this!
Happy Labor Day Weekend Everyone!

~ Baby Boy Banner ~
Hi Everyone!
As I mentioned in my previous post, weSTAMPers celebrated a Baby Shower for one of our very own.
I got this idea in my head to create a Baby Boy banner using Stampin' Up's! Big XL Pennant Die. I did some research as this was my first attempt in doing so. It went together pretty easily once I got started and this is the end result! I used SU Bashful Blue cardstock as the base, isn't it soft and pretty? The dsp is non SU as is the ribbon.
Now I am in the process of creating one for my twin grandaughters 2nd birthday, which is TODAY!
So, I need to get going here and give that some finishing touches, because I paln to visit with them today to help my son and daughter-in-law celebrate their Blessed occasion and shower Keira and Kaely with grandma kisses and hugs!!!
Enjoy your day!

weSTAMP Swap Card ~ Baby
Hope that you are enjoying your day today!
This is the card that I created for my monthly weSTAMP meeting, except that this one was extra special. One of our members, Pam is pregnant and due around November 1st. Our organizer and my upline Lorri Heilling turned our meeting into a baby shower for Pam...it was sooooooooo much FUN!
Everyone participated by bringing food, decorations, gifts and we had a wonderul time spoiling our mommy-to-be. She is going to have a bouncing baby boy!
This card is called a Side Step Dresser and I found a great tutorial by Jackie Topa on her blog at: http://www.jackietopa.typepad.com/. I had to make two versions of course, one for a boy and another for a girl.
Hope that you like them!
Happy Stampin'!
~ Linda
